In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined below:
888poker's services are strictly for individuals who are of 18 years and above. 888poker takes its responsibility to prevent underage gambling seriously. Should there be any indication that a player is underage, the account in question will be suspended immediately pending completion of age verification.
888poker is intended for players residing in Malaysia. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of 888poker's services is lawful in their jurisdiction. 888poker bears no responsibility for any legal consequences arising from players accessing the platform from prohibited regions.
The following individuals are not eligible to register for or use 888poker's services:
Warning: Any attempt to conceal your true location via VPN or other technical means in order to access 888poker from a restricted region constitutes a violation of these terms and may result in account termination without a refund of remaining balance.
Each Player is only permitted to register and operate a single account at 888poker. Holding multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious violation. Should 888poker detect multiple accounts belonging to the same player, all associated accounts will be frozen, all winnings forfeited, and the original deposit funds may be confiscated depending on the severity of the breach.
Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. This includes full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and an active Malaysian phone number. 888poker reserves the right to request document verification at any time to confirm the information provided.
To process withdrawals exceeding RM 500, or when requested, Players are required to complete the KYC process by submitting the following documents:
The KYC process is typically completed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
All documents submitted for KYC purposes are stored securely using 256-bit SSL encryption and are not shared with third parties except where required by Malaysian law.

Withdrawals at 888poker are processed in accordance with the following guidelines:
Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn. Only funds derived from actual deposits and qualifying winnings are eligible for withdrawal. 888poker reserves the right to forfeit any uncleared bonus funds prior to processing a withdrawal request.
All bonuses at 888poker are subject to specific terms and conditions. Bonuses may only be claimed by Players who meet all eligibility criteria stated in each promotion's terms. 888poker reserves the right to decline or withdraw any bonus if a Player is found to be abusing the bonus system.
The standard wagering requirement for 888poker bonuses is 30x total bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms. For example: if you receive a RM 100 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, you must place a total of RM 3,000 in bets before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
Not all games contribute equally towards bonus wagering requirements:
All bonuses carry a validity period as stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses and any winnings derived from them will expire automatically once the validity period ends. No extensions will be granted except under exceptional circumstances at 888poker's sole discretion.
Bonus Abuse Warning: 888poker uses advanced detection systems to identify bonus abuse. Activities such as arbitrage betting, manipulating the bonus system, or sharing bonuses with other accounts are violations of our terms and may result in the forfeiture of all winnings.
All bets placed at 888poker are subject to the following general rules:
All digital table games at 888poker — including blackjack, baccarat, roulette, sic bo, and dragon tiger — use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been verified and certified by independent third-party auditors. The fairness of each game can be verified through the "Game Transparency" section on the platform.
Live Casino games with real dealers are subject to additional rules. Should a disconnection occur during an active round, the game will proceed in accordance with standard procedures. Results of live-streamed games are final and cannot be appealed.
The minimum and maximum bet limits for each table are clearly displayed within the game interface. These limits are subject to change at 888poker's discretion without prior notice, particularly for special events or VIP games.
Sports Betting at 888poker covers a wide range of sports, including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL, La Liga), badminton (BWF), esports (Mobile Legends, CS2, Valorant), basketball, tennis, and MMA. All sports bets are subject to sport-specific rules available on the platform.
If a match is cancelled or postponed, 888poker will apply the following policy:
Odds for live betting change continuously in line with match developments. Bets are only valid once confirmed by the system. 888poker reserves the right to suspend betting markets at any point during a match.
Note on Sports Results: 888poker uses official results as declared by the relevant sports governing body. In the event of a dispute, the governing body's decision is final.
Players are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. 888poker recommends that Players:

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the 888poker support team. Prior to closure, all real money balances (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the payment method used for the last deposit.
888poker reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Player's account for the following reasons:
In the event of account termination due to serious violations, 888poker reserves the right to forfeit all funds in the account, including the original deposit.
888poker shall not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from:
888poker's total maximum liability to any Player under any circumstances shall not exceed the Player's actual total deposits made in the 12 months preceding the claim.
888poker reserves the right to modify, add, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
